Verification of Repairs

After American Pride Home Inspection Service has completed a Sacramento Home Inspection, it is customary to have some of the repairs completed prior to the close of escrow. American Pride Home Inspection Service offers a unique service called a V.O.R. The client provides us with a list of repairs that were requested. Our Sacramento Home Inspector will go to the property and review these items. We recommend that all work be completed by a California licensed contractor and that all receipts or documents related to the work be present for inspector review at the time of the V.O.R Inspection. A report will be prepared and delivered to the client describing the status of the repairs.
