Report Transfer Inspection

If you have received an American Pride Home Inspection report that was given to you by someone other than American Pride Home Inspection Sevice and the report is not in your name, American Pride Home Inspection Service assumes no liability relating to the report or the condition of the property. However, American Pride Home Inspection Service can perform a Report Transfer Inspection, including a client review and issue a new report with a new inspection number in your name.

The fee for this service is 50% of the original inspection fee.
